This post is directed to Andy. Attempted to book our room this afternoon, through the club link to the hotel website. After several unsuccessful attempts, finally called the reservations number listed. Thursday night, May 21 is completely booked for persons using the show code. We are able to reserve a room, at the costs of $164.00 per night. We went ahead and booked at the higher rate to ensure a room. Got the $83.00 night rate on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Marriot reservations informed me that if our club administrator will block more rooms for the 21st, then the hotel will honor the special price. Please post your reply and outcome ASAP. Thanks for your efforts. We are looking forward to the event and meeting all of you.

I booked my room today and talked to the hotel directly got thursday to monday at the 83 rate. The reservations number listed operator said all booked up then checked still more rooms avilable then he switched me to the hotel to make the reservation.
I called the hotel this afternoon and checked the availability and made the needed adjustments to add more rooms. If the online reservation system does not get you what you need just call the hotel and they'll get you squared away.
Please bear in mind that the agreement we have with the hotel in terms of the room rates are technically from the 22-25th. Thursday the 21st is being done as a courtesy AS long as those rooms are available. For newcomers this facility is popular during the week for business meetings so availability earlier than our scheduled event may be tricky.

Called the Marriot Reservations number this AM. They fixed it in about a minute. All four nights for $83.00 each! Thanks to Andy for all of your efforts and your attention to the details.
