As alot of you know- The Trans Am took a bloody nose a couple of months ago. There are pics in my intro thread I think. The plan goes more less like this:

Repairs needed-
- Rusting in T-top area right behing top of windshield-drivers side.
- Windshield's had wiper scratches since I bought it in 2001
- Right fender had damage when I bought it. repaired once, but the crack reapearred.
- Nose, Left Fender, Left Headlamp assy, and my Warbird hood all took damage from the fender bender.
- Foglights- been cracked for a LONG time.
- Headlight motors- nuff said
- Window motors- shot
- Stock LT1 Tail lights- 13 yrs old and show it.
- Paint- well it's been 5 yrs since an all over- it is about 2 yrs overdue for one of my vehicles!LOL

Intentions-
- Pull windshield, repair rust, repaint Drivers T-tops area
- New windshield installed
- Replace Fenders, Nose, Headlight assy.
- Strip / sand / dismantle car
- Source H/L motors, window motors, tail lights(LS1?? or not), Fog Lights(prolly aftermarket)
- Paint car all over- doubling the blue pearl this time.
- Put car back together
- Take car to have old tint stripped and new installed.
- Show up in ATL with the best looking 165,000 mile Trans Am in the parking lot!

OK- Budget may stop some of it...but that is the plan. 3 months- gonna be close! (remember- I am only home every other week)

Anyhow- The car has been sitting outside at my dads work waiting for him to find the time to pull it in. Well that was last week...they even popped the hood and removed some clips for the bumper cover.Blink

so- today it began- ordered the first part...the windshield. It is on like donkey kong when I get in on Wednesday!
Woot! You go boy, I know ya'll can make it in time!!!
It'll be there- It has to be. It may be in primer... LOL. I'll start posting pics this week.
I got some work to do with mine as well. Right now working on a PCM relocation, then I want to have a power steering delete and manual brake conversion done in time for the show.
I don't want to see how long my list would look. I especially don't want to see the price tag associated with it Sad
washing is free. Oil change $50, tags $200..what else do you need?!
hmm...
tires
brakes/rotors
rear end
driveshaft
transmission
nitrous
just to name a few
oh c'mon now..Nitrous is not nessasary.LOL
Nitrous is not necessary... It's MANDATORY
