I do not take my car out in the rain unless caught in it while driving. But after washing it the other day I noticed some water in the floor board and I commenced to finding the leak.

I found where the water is dripping from but for the life of em aI cannot find where it is entering the above the driver's window.

I checked all my seals and they look good but somehow the water is still getting in.

Any ideas on what it could be? And if someone would be so gracious as to look at it at the gathering so I can get the problem fixed. ( if it is not fixed by then )

I will get some pics of the top of the driver's window and the seals there so you can have a better idea of what is going on.
PM Jim (Judging is his screen name). I believe all of his cars are 'verts, and he knows more about these cars than Chevrolet!!
It's a seal we have this issue with ttops cars the window is not sealing 100% with the rubber if I recall the window can be adjusted for a tighter seal but it will eventually leak again. During heavy rains while driving I will have this issue.

The easiest thing to do to find the leak is have someone stand by your car with the hose on full blast pointed at the top of the window around where the window curves you need to be sitting in the car and you should see where the water is coming from.

I'll start with the basic stuff first. Tops are designed to keep the inside dry from rain and have the curtain (flap) that extends slightly over the glass seal. If the water from the hose is directed under the flap (stream going up) there will be water that gets inside (wife's 97 has done that since new). I've seen several rear windows separate from the top regardless of care and mileage, check there also. Otherwise take Pewters advice and put someone in the car with a flashlight to check for leaks.
Mines a T-top car but my pass window was leaking when the motor got tired. Same with drivers. Put a new motor in window and it seals.
Ya I got in the car and the water is coming form where the top meets the windshield. It actually comes from inside the seal. But for the life of em I cannot find outside where it gets in cause It looks identical to the passenger side but pass side does not leak a drop.

I will keep looking and trying different things.

As for the rear window mine has already come loose and I reattached it with some 3M body molding adhesive to reseal it till I can save the cash for a top replacement.
