We have a final headcount now for our club and need to reserve parking. Who do we call/contact with this request? The club is Late Model Motorsports (fromally Upstate F-Body), and we will need 15 spots prefreably on the back row somewhere since we will be bringing a lot of tents to set up for the weekend.

We do the parking map off of PRE-PAID Registrants ONLY.
So if your club would like to park together they all need to be PRE-PAID. As far as request of where to park it all depends on club numbers registered.
Oh Ok....I thought in the past all we had to do was tell how many cars we are bringing and that worked....I'll tell all the guys. So if we only get 8 pre-paid....we only get 8 spots? What about a few spots for tents? Just wondering how exactly this works bc I couldn't find any info on it. Thanks......and I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say we APPRECIATE everything the staff does for this show every year!

We base the map off of prepaid. However, we also watch pre registered. We then use a special mathematical formula based on wind speed and average RWHP to come up with the number of spots you wil have.
Ok, that is 50% true. PM Andy approx number of spots you will need. If you can list the names of people comeing in your group, that would help (to cross reference with prepaid/registered).
We have to use common sense; every year someone says they need 265 spots...but only 7 show...this is where we break out the secret formula previously mentioned!
