Andy or Chad one of our club members tried to reserve a room but were told the rooms are sold out Thurs-Monday is this true or no they tried via the web and calling the hotel yesterday.

We will look into this we might have to open another block of rooms.

Is there any reason I shouldn't just book my hotel room through Orbitz for $79/night?
Does the $83 group rate include taxes & fees or is that before taxes?
I went last year and booked the hotel through Orbitz but just figured I'd ask before I did it again since the message board is here. I always try to save a few bucks wherever I can.

Mine with grp rate was 78 a night.
And going through the grp rate keeps you in the same section as the rest of the gathering right?

Brian/Brad: Group rate is $79, not including taxes and junk fees. If you book with the group code, you will be part of the gathering "block", using orbitz/kayak/etc, who knows where you will end up!!

Ok, cool, I'll book using the group code. Under the Hotel Info link it says the group rate is $83/night. That should be updated to say $79/night. Regardless it is a good price for such a nice hotel. I'll see you there!
