Rest assured we operate as quickly as we can in getting information however sometimes there are several links in the chain to deal with.

The hotel has advised me due to limitations in their software you will need to CALL the reservation phone number available on our hotel info web page, give the operator our group code (also available on the hotel info page) they will make sure you are booked for a double room if that is what you need. There are plenty of rooms available (as of today at least).

Just booked my room via phone. They said they had a note to guarantee 2 double beds. Good work, Andy

They told me they had either king or doubles.

I just registered and booked the room...
