the reg fee is $44 right? if i understand correctly, if i pay before may 5 then i will save $5 right?
does that mean i make the check out for $39(befor may 5) or if i pay after may 5 its gonna cost $49???

Pre-Paid Reg. is $44.00. If you don't pre-pay OR Pay AFTER May 5th it will be $49.00.

So, my reg is still $1000?
