I am seriously considering ditching my current exhaust setup due to numerous fit problems over the years.

I know that there are a lot of different combinations and set ups for exhaust on our cars, but I was wondering what suggestions you might have for me.

I am running an LT1 with SLP shorty headers and a QTP electric cutout.

I've been looking at the SLP loudmouth systems but would like to hear from people who have them. They make a Loudmouth 1 & 2 system and I can't seem to tell much difference based on my research.

I would like to have another chambered system like the one that GMMG offers, but the price is a little out of my range right now.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

One of which is a mostly unbaffled system, the other is a bit quiter. KMDYF has a wide open Borla on his LT1, I'm sure he can provide a sound clip to help illustrate how loud and raspy it is- Similar to the LM2.

The original LM1 just has resonators. The LM2 has actual mufflers so it's a little tamer. The consensus seems to be that the LM1 is great on otherwise stock exhaust but too loud and raspy with headers and ORY. The GMMG is similar to the LM1 in that it has resonators. Hope that helps.

Save up your money and get the GMMG chambered exhaust!!!!! You won't regret it!!! No better sounding exhaust.
