Car is loaded in the trailer. The trailer is hooked to the truck. The truck is packed. Betty is packed. The only thing left to pack is me. If I don't forget my a**, we should be about ready. We will be heading out Thursday about 11AM and with a stop to feed Betty we should be pulling in about 3PM. I hope she never figures out how to log onto this site and sees all of the crap I write. We wish everyone has a safe and enjoyable trip.

i'm sure someone printed it all to use for blackmail this weekend ... are you judging my class ?

Actually I show her most of the posts. She rolls her eyes and laughs. Betty is a good egg. She also knows that I am FOS. I am lucky!

As for Judging duties, now one has said much about it yet. An eariler post said that a person named Jim will bring me up to speed when we ge there. That's all I know. This is our first gathering, and the learning curve will be steep. I can tell you that I will use the judging criteria set up by the club, to do my best to judge fairly. I believe that out of respect each other and the hobby we each deserve objectivity.

Just like my car. It's special to me. The judges in that class may think its a turd. I am more concerned with how it measures up to the criteria, then getting the best score. That way, I now what goals to pursue towards making the car the best it can be in its class.
