When did these hit the stands? My little backwater town usually has them at the local store but I haven't seen any for a while...

They hit the stands around Easter, I think.. They offer subscriptions to the mag now so if you can't find it locally, you should subscribe. It's one of my favorite mags... Even if they hadn't featured my b/f's car.

I have the subsciprtion. I'll have to take a look!

Well we got the unfortunate news that the SS won't be making the gathering
The #7 piston somehow blew out chunck out of it...so now waiting to see if he can replace just the one or if he'll have to order a whole new set...
This is a huge bummer. We were looking foward to bringing both cars...

That sucks- I feel your pain, guess we'll all have to drown our sorrows in tasty beverages and talk about how fast we could have been.

Yeah, saw your post about the black car... at least you have a back up car this looks great. The only bright side to this is we'll now be trailering my z instead of me driving it. And we'll be able to keep each other company in the truck.

Yep, good points. This has not been a good year for the heavyweights- Maybe '14 will be the year!
